How to prepare?

  • As it is premarinated with delicious kokani masalas, spread some semolina on masala mackerel both sides and gently press.
  • Place frying pan and preheat oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook masala mackerel both side to 5 minutes until it cook well.
  • Masala mackerel is ready with fingers licking taste.

HDelicious and absolutely fine n fresh, fresh is not the word.. I wonder if u guys have a packing unit under sea.... Excellent packing, and smiling polite professional delivery officer. Thank you Gadre for beautiful experience... Don't remember when I had this kind of feeling for a food company. A minor fine tune required on the marination/masala.
