  • Diagnostics: We collect anonymous performance data and crash logs to ensure the App runs smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • App Functionality (Fulfilling Orders): Your Contact Information and Financial Information are required to process payments, organise delivery, and provide customer support.
  • Marketing & Advertising: With your consent, we may use your Contact Info to send you promotional emails or SMS messages regarding Gadre Seafood offers.
  • Analytics & Tracking: We use Identifiers (User ID/Device ID) and Usage Data to track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This helps us understand which advertisements lead to app traffic and product purchases.
  • Notifications: We use your Device ID to send transactional push notifications (e.g., "Your order is out for delivery") and promotional alerts.

  • Popcoins: Powers our rewards and loyalty programme. It may access limited user data, such as order details and identifiers, to allocate, track, and redeem reward points.
  • Facebook SDK & AppsFlyer: We utilize these platforms for marketing analytics. They use your Identifiers and Usage Data to track campaign performance across platforms. Apple considers this functionality "Tracking," and you can opt out of cross-app tracking within your device's native iOS/Android privacy settings.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

Your Right to Delete: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

  • In-App: You can instantly delete your account by logging in, navigating to the Profile tab, tapping Legal & Policies, and selecting Delete My Account.
  • Via Email: You may also request data deletion by contacting our support team directly.
